Data Quality Management (DQM) is a monthly subscription service that offers client’s peace of mind knowing that their HeadCount site is continuously monitored. DQM ensures the count data is complete and free of anomalies on a daily basis.
DQM has been designed around the requirement of removing the actual day to day effort of an appointed person to check the system for correct functionality of all the components and evaluating the general health of the site as a whole.
A 24/7 support number is offered which enables the client to contact the HeadCount support centre on any query.
Should a serious fault be found, the client is notified immediately of the problem and the possible solutions to resolving it.
Also incorporated into DQM is the archiving of all collected count information in a secure off-site backup facility. This is done to ensure the safe storage of the collected information for future analysis. In order to provide this remote support and data archiving, a dedicated Internet connection is required.
